The S’ólh Téméxw Stewardship Alliance Terms of Reference (TOR) is the primary defining document for the STSA as an organization. Finalized in 2019, the STSA TOR defines the organization, the STSA’s purpose, their goals, and their decision-making structure, and grounds all of this firmly within a Stó:lō worldview.
