In the case of referrals, the STSA Board Chair connects with General Manager of the PRRO, who oversees the PRRO Manager, who oversees the PRRO staff. The PRRO Referral Officers themselves then connect back to the Stó:lō First Nations who form the STSA, completing a feedback loop of information.
